1. Agreeing with terms and conditions (T&C)
Access to this website of AS Kevelt (hereinafter: Website) and its use are subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter: T&C). By using the website you confirm your full acceptance of the T&C. If you cannot accept the T&C, please close the Website and do not use it from now on.
2. Intellectual property
2.1. Trademarks
The trademarks used on the Website are registered trademarks of AS Kevelt or other persons, exclusively owned by them pursuant to the Trademarks Act. It is prohibited to use such trademarks without their owner’s permission, with the exception of the instances stipulated in legislation or when otherwise agreed by the Parties.

The website and its entire content, including, but not limited to, all texts, images, design, concept and source code (hereinafter: Content) are under copyright protection as property of AS Kevelt or other persons. AS Kevelt may process, collect, use and forward personal data, according to the existing legislation, including the Medicinal Products Act. When providing personal data through applications in the Website, sending an e-mail to an address with the domain kevelt.ee, by phone, fax or verbally, the data subject gives AS Kevelt the right to process their personal data, including sensitive personal data.
The data subject has the right to review their personal data, which they have provided to AS Kevelt. The data subject has the right to demand the data to be erased, changed or limit the scope of processing in the conditions set out by the existing legislation. This can be done by sending AS Kevelt a written request.
Personal data presented to AS Kevelt will be stored according to the legislation, depending on the content and type of personal data.
4. Website monitoring
AS Kevelt uses the Google Analytics monitoring software to have an overview of the Website visitors’ statistical composition and preferences. We strive to improve and develop the Website, making it better in accordance with user needs. This software does not allow collection and processing of personal visitor data. We store the statistics for a reasonable period of time or as long as needed to perform legal duties. The Website does not use cookies.
5. Changes in the Terms and Conditions
AS Kevelt can change the T&C at any time and without prior notice. Your new visit to the Website is considered as your acceptance of the changes. All disputes are resolved on the basis of the latest version of the T&C.

Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be resolved in the Harju County Court. T&C are interpreted and disputes are resolved pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
