Reporting Adverse Drug Reaction

Adverse drug reaction is a noxious and unintended response to a drug that occurs during the diagnosis, prophylaxis or treatment of a disease.

If any ADR’s have occurred during the use of AS KEVELT’s product, please report it by using one of the following means:

– fill in the ADR reporting form on the webpage of the State Agency of Medicines

– call AS KEVELT on phone number +372 606 6969

– send an e-mail to the contact address of AS KEVELT, kevelt@kevelt.ee
 

ADR can be reported either by healthcare practitioner or by patient. More information about reporting of ADR’s can be found on the webpage of the State Agency of Medicines.
